Great classes run by qualified Instructors with great enthusiasm for their chosen path towards fitness. The music, movements and energy created every session makes me keep coming back any time I am in Norwich, I always feel welcome and inspired to learn something new. If your looking for a new sport or a way to get fit and meet people, maybe even learn some instruments, then capoeira might just be the activity you are looking for! It was for me.
